The first release of our imperial milk stout base SB6, this single barrel release was aged in a Knob Creek bourbon barrel for 19 months before conditioning on Vermont maple syrup and cinnamon sticks!

Bavarian Hefeweizen / 5.7% ABV

A traditional Bavarian hefeweizen using a blend of yeasts - notes of bananas, bubblegum, and light clove spice.

Chocolate Milk Stout w/ Coffee / 6.1% ABV

A four-way collaboration milk stout with The Crafty Chameleon Brewing, Old Bridgeview Brewing, Exit 11 Coffee, and host Bluewood Brewing! This milk stout receives a heavy dose of Exit 11 Colombian roast intended for espresso - made to mimic the 'Affogato' dessert, this velvety stout features notes of milk chocolate, crème brûlée , dried cherry, and warming coffee roast.

Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine / 15.3% ABV

This English barleywine is beaming with rich intricacies in flavor. Our oldest project released as well, this double barrel barleywine was aged for a combined 47 months in Thomas H Handy and Eagle Rare barrels before bottling!

Oatcream IPA / 6.6% ABV

A fun experiment of our own, this crushable NEIPA uses an obscene amount of oats in the mash for a smooth and light/creamy body. A generous amount of HBC-1019 and Mosaic hops combine to provide a bright and citrus-forward hop treat that is quite easy to crush!

English Dark Mild / 3.9% ABV

Our house English dark mild features big toasted malt notes and mild nuttiness but is lighter in body than most dark ales to make for a true pub crusher. Tasting notes of biscuits, toffee, fig, and walnut.

Brown Ale / 6.5% ABV

A full-bodied American brown ale that is extra dark, slightly roasty and nutty with a creamy finish.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Rye Stout / 15.0% ABV

Stout aged for 27 months in Willett Rye barrels before conditioning on vanilla beans. Heavy dark chocolate notes are complimented by sweet vanilla and moderate notes of smoke. There’s a light peppercorn and lovely rye spice from the barrels kept in check by vanilla creaminess!
