I ASK THAT YOU READ THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT! Booking your appointment is your acknowledgment that you’ve read agreed to the terms of agreement
-Please understand that prices can go up once you arrive to your appointment depending on your hair situation.
-ALL services REQUIRE IN SALON Shampoo and Conditioning
-Masks Required!
-I ask that you do not bring any guest unless getting serviced or approved by me.
-No refunds. All sales are final once you leave the salon! If you are unsatsified with your service, i will make every effort to find a solution.
You are REQUIRED to have a consultation at LEAST a day prior to the appointment. It’s important that the consultation is done, so that our service process runs smoothly. You are expected to be completely honest about all previous chemical services and colors done on your hair. Any and all previous colors (including semi permanent, “rinses”, box dye, professional color) must be mentioned during the consultation. If not, I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction during the appointment. If you’ve done any previous black dye, do not expect blonde within that appointment, and possibly for the integrity of your hair, that service may be turned down.
