Michael & Jennifer Snyder first opened One Love Brewery in 2013 in Dover, NH. Quickly outgrowing that space we found and fell in love with our current home here in the old historic paper mill which is a perfectly charming home for our 15 barrel German Lager House. Why Lagers? Our Brew Master,Michael, a 1995 Siebel Institute of Technology graduate loves the Lager process. The Lager process while more technical is near & dear to his heart.

Our menu is inspired and procured through travels, hard work and a kick ass team. We believe in providing you with an elevated craft beer and food experience.

As a family run business, we believe that our One Love Brewery family culture is the fire that keeps the hearth and our hearts warm. We love good laughs, the White Mountains, dogs and adventures. Thank you for fueling up for your next adventure here with us!
